Any Publicity Is Good Publicity?

Few weeks back when i was visiting pages as my customary task on Facebook i encountered this page called "Beautiful thoughts".I read some wall posts and was thoroughly fascinated by them.Beautiful insights on life, emotions, relationships.Impressed by the insights,in a jiffy i clicked on the like button.I really found the page beautiful, but regrettably i flunk to hold on to my liking for long. The page owner shared a wall post accrediting Indian army for something which never belonged to it.

Ostensibly, the cavalry person in the picture are not Indian soldiers but People's liberation army(PLA,China). Some Chinese folk saw the wall post and shared it on a Chinese forum, this paved the way for all the unhealthy debates and bickering.I was startled to see the animosity between the nationals of India and China .More startling was the ignorance on part of Indians commenting over there. They were hollering about Indian army heedlessly and by the dint of which the Chinese folks got hefty opportunities to hurl aspersion.I tired my best to stop the madness, but flunk to do so.I got frustrated with the heedless attitude of my compatriots, they didn't even bother to investigate.I think the country never demands this kind of reckless nationalism, for it just fosters irreverence for the nation.

All the more stymie was ,why was the page owner not apologizing? Was the administrator oblivious about the ongoing madness? Can't be so.Isn't it the responsibility of the page owner to post something after thorough analysis, and especially when something concerns the dignity of the nation.I posted on the page owner's wall, but was startled when my post was deleted in less than a minutes times. Now it was pretty sure that the page administrator was deliberately fostering this grotesque debate to fetch some attention, and succeeded also. The incorrigible page owner hardly bothered to stop this unhealthy bickering and even denied other's the right to do so.I was baffled,is publicity so important than one could barter nation's pride also?
Simultaneously,i realized how reckless some Indian's are, philistinism and foolhardiness engulfs some of our compatriots terribly. They flunk to demystify the obvious at times.

                  Here is the link :http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=172955132790017&set=a.111446175607580.24837.109070219178509&type=1&theater

Dissidents Of Democracy

India is the world's largest democratic country, of course ,it's like i am stating the obvious .But let me ask you are Indians democratic? Regrettably ,the answer is no.Perhaps, Indians are the most undemocratic people living in the world's largest democracy. We as annotators of democracy ,just behold democracy as a form of government in which people regardless of their status have an equal  say in the decisions that affect their lives.Anticipating the present dissatisfaction of nationals with the government,it would not be fallacious to tag the government as undemocratic in it's approach.Unhesitatingly,we hurl criticisms at the politician's ,accusing them of graft and undemocratic approach, but what we fail to comprehend is that to cleanse the system first we need to depurgate the nucleus.

Sudhir kakar in his book "The Indian's :Portrait Of a People" writes
"In the hierarchical nature of Indian society ,if the perception of another person has to first to do with age ('Is the individual male/female),followed by age (Is he/she young or old),and by other such markers of identity, then in India the determination of relative rank ('Is this person superior or inferior to me?)remains very near to the subconscious questions evoked in an interpersonal counter."
So,undemocratic beliefs stems from the hierarchical pattern of our society. The principle of equality and freedom are denied at core level. If we deprecate the politicians and the government , we should belittle our core undemocratic beliefs also.
~Why it is so that a women's opinion is disregarded ,mostly remains unasked?
~Why we are skeptical to consider or rather plainly disregard what is suggested to us by someone younger to us or our subordinates?
What we practice on micro level, the government exercise at national level.Consider answering these questions !

Happy Diwali

Diwali puja(prayer) is over, and everybody is out to practice madness in the name of fun(bursting crackers).I flunk to comprehend the obsession with ignorance.People desperately chasing calamity ,i am exceedingly dissapointed to witness this kind of ignorance. Why do people fail to perceive the cimmerian side of this glowing object.?

What kind of celebration is this?We are disparaging our own existence discreetly.I know people would hardly follow something in the name of general interest, for this is what we like to do,harming other's.All the time we brag about our awareness ,yet we fail to deliver our responsibility.

Lets strive for conscious  and compassionate living.

         "HAPPY DIWALI" :):)

The game of life

Life is tossing everyone in a hilarious manner, and the game becomes all the more resentful
when people start deforming. With every tossing an individuals loses a part of it's good and the satanic starts empowering the very existence. We don't even realize when we start driving on the wrong side of the road.

Breaking every rule, hurting people and the hefty damage to oneself, who is to be accused ?

My God is a cerebral legend

I don't sojourn temple frequently,Nor i like to plop down in the yajna .But i am indubitably not a pagan. All i know is my god is different ,My god is astute when examined in contrast with the commonly canonized one.My god is free from commonly accepted dogma ,much more enlightened. You don't need to be superstitious while worshiping the lord i know and i cherish to believe in.My lord doesn't asks me to practice renunciation from the worldly life, but to renounce the evil in me.He doesn't asks me to meditate in isolation, but to meditate and reason everything i live.

The lord doesn't asks me to just acknowledge the suffering and thenceforth shut my eyes upon it and meditate ,but to acknowledge and act accordingly,to make the best of my being .

Fend off

Refrain from individuals who look for reasons to be unhappy,It's the most healthy advice i can give you.Such individuals are never satisfied in life with whatever they have ,plus they possess a distinguished aptitude to first actuate you to absurdity ,and then making you tread the same path.

Stay sane ,stay happy
cheers :)

On narcissism

If you have plainly decided to live unconditionally just for yourself, better tread the world as a loner .Don't cavort with people as per your convenience. If you agree to live just for yourself then simultaneously comply with solitariness .It's not wrong to live just for one's own satisfaction, but it's terrible to deceive other's .

A little more of it :)

"It was never this dour to trust ......
                The pains were there before,
But never so numb i felt ,
                The darkness seems eternal
                Happiness  an eternal chase"

Life gets exceedingly offensive and prosaic when nothing pull off the way you desire. It becomes enormously unmanageable  to cling to positive beliefs.Beguiled and forsaken you feel..When your deceived  by those you trust the agony gets egregious, and the situation gets more heinous when you are asked to depend on your conniver.

                Life plays a dirty game,
Swindles you in the name of faith,

It's believed that you need to struggle in the times of adversity to overcome it,but why it's so that the more you struggle the faster you sink,Life traps you in the name of faith...You trust and your deceived, You muster courage and then there are ten more trails to pull you down. It's postulated that the lord tests his strongest beings the most.Sometimes i so wish that the lord should have believed at little less in my strength or else provide me a "little more it" because i feel am running out of stock now ..:)

Garroter's benevolence

" How derisive it is to live life on one's garroter's benevolence ,

But when life arrange for you the worst of every little thing,

Optimism and mettle is obligated to collapse .....

You anticipate hope and life supply profusion of qualm ,

You chase liberation and life fetters you up all the more..."

Ruminations amidst crises

"Life was never this rude before

It had it's prerogative earlier also ...but never so coarse

Imperceptibly burgeon with barbed artery .

Whilst i learned just to creep."

"I conceived good over evil as the basic criterion of worthy living ,
But in the world i was offered a contrasting theory to live upon,

I shut my senses to all pervading evil,to cling to rectitude ,

But my conviction crumbles beneath chronological blows i receive "

I will not die an unlived life. I will not live in fear of falling or
catching fire. I choose to inhabit my days, to allow my living to open me, to make me less afraid, more accessible, to loosen my heart until it becomes a wing, a torch, a promise. I choose to risk my significance; to live so that which comes to me as seed goes to the next as blossom and that which comes to me as blossom, goes on as fruit.

capturing life

After being suffused with dissatisfaction for almost a week .....Today i lastly decided to extract life from my idle and dormant state.Getting up at 1'o clock in the afternoon seems bizarre ...height of inactivity .,with such competence at idleness i could even shame the parasites :P
My afternoon these days ahhhh! no work .....no play at every second thought i want to slay .... Of course myself....and more than that my idleness.......probably latter being the more sensible option of the two....

But wait today was a different narration of the same idle afternoon.....hatched life out of my idleness....I realized what i am craving for today at the moment is work,life........business like others......ironical is the fact that whatever we have in life we demand just opposite of it......:P
But isn't idleness the worst kind of complexity to be dealt with..indeed it is,so finally i clinched that if i am unable to capture life in me .......lets get it from the world..what better to sit and analyse ?
so i clicked and clicked and clicked ...captured life.....

Whatever life gifts us we always complain.....convivial is the fact that we change our definitions of life....the moment we encounter a different state......:)

DAWN

DAWN

To began to give promise;

To begin to appear or to expand

Genesis,inception,onset,birth,root,rise,introduction........

A dawn holds so much for us.......everyday a new opportunity to cultivate spiritually, emotionally ,earthly ......

every dawn a new promise to hold on life

to expand to grow and to shine

To recognize every Dawn as a new opportunity .....to be rooted firmly as human being.....to cultivate as a virtuous being........to grow in wisdom.........to expand ..........to support others.....to make life blossom .....:)

A dawn unfolds so much of life everyday .......

dawn ....rise.......be aware.......experience life and living :)

A clueless society

Indian gentleman had drawn the laxman rekha for the women folk since time immemorial, but ironical is the fact that they have bypassed the laxman rekha of being a sane human being themselves..... i have no intentions to nit pick and castigate the potent ....But somehow i am not convinced with the idea of a pedagogue who is ignorant of the basics of conduct .

The quintessential Indian woman bears all the virtuous qualities at par... at least this what is anticipated....But the picture is quite ugly for the disciplinarian of the weaker gender ....It's stymie and incomprehensible to understand a society standing on such weak foundation....Men in our society are allowed at large to indulge in life......yet the softer sex is denied the basic of it.....Men in our society are shameless to be precise....they can talk loud about sex, they can take a leak in public places ........they can roam around like wild beast yet can remain a potent sermonizer for the suppressed sex..

incomprehensible obscurity

I am back....don't want to dissapoint my blog but the coarse truth.......seeking riddance from the prosaic life i am experiencing lately.....Don't know what have happened but somehow have lost the track of my life.....the ambiguity that has eclipsed my life seems eternal....god...look at me now.....certainly this is not happening......
Am scared to see myself these days.....about how i spend my days.....how could one be so careless with time and life.......??with every passing day the incertitude is escalating....i am scared to see busy people around me.....feels like a parasite......:(

certainly this is no life.......help me almighty ......

The self

Human beings are self absorbed ,by the dint of which they pose themselves in a surreal and unconvincing way. They disregard what is cardinal and in a marked degree get involved in all the vanities of world.....which cause them unquantifiable loss, and outdistance all the good..

Amidst all this the abhorrent is ever gripping the self .....By being self absorbed the self abusive in him comes to life.Like this he destroys all that he possess .The evil in him grows like a wildfire on the dry grass. He becomes self congratulatory ,self centered.......and these all are squeezing the good out of him day by day....And the terminal destiny he becomes "self contained"..

The mischievous "self" attains ne-plus-ultra stage...One should always remember that " man's life is a war against malice of men......" The self contains all "Good and Bad" ....."God and Satan"...Irony lies most of us nurture the wrong in us and become enslaved for eternity..

The only known key out of the maze is of "self assessment" and "self awareness".Love for wisdom should subjugate any other hankering of ours..One should be capable of "self deprecation when ever one tends to grow "self indulgent".Remember the "self" is vulnerable ,fragile and on top of anything else easily disconcerted.....so all i want to say is .....take care of your "SELF"....:)

CITATIONS

I always conceptualize the prime mover to be the ace word smith of the "book of the world".....every individual is just as big as a passage in a story....but playing a defined role...the micro we play makes the macro he writes .......And personally we are not acting upon ....but citing the passage alloted to us........

kahlil gibran quote

Seven times have I despised my soul:
The first time when I saw her being meek that she might attain height.
The second time when I saw her limping before the crippled.
The third time when she was given to choose between the hard and the easy, and she chose the easy.
The fourth time when she committed a wrong, and comforted herself that others also commit wrong.
The fifth time when she forbore for weakness, and attributed her patience to strength.
The sixth time when she despised the ugliness of a face, and knew not that it was one of her own masks.
And the seventh time when she sang a song of praise, and deemed it a virtue.

HIGH LOW AND IN BETWEEN

A bookshop is just a look- alike of happy hunting ground for me.......The last time i visited my divine abode my eye caught hold of a book appellation.........it made me think....i was kind of zoned out for few seconds after i read the title......"high low and in between"......i think it's the footing or the juncture with which we enter the world......

MUDDLEMENT

It's so creepy to fear the attendance of certain individuals ........And the fear becomes all the more stymie and flaky when those set of individuals are none other than those who are accredited with the task to shepherd , look after and nurture law and order in our society.....I am unable to map out why most of the people fear our "INDIAN POLICE".....

Is it justified to paralyze without a reason.?......You don't need to strain you mind to figure out the reason behind such fear......Those set of individuals who were delegated the task of guarding the citizens are no more for the calling ......To be a part of the entire system just means to earn as much as you can ,by terrorizing ,exploiting the citizens of the country.....And i am formulating this post just because i am also possessed by this phobia...The presence of police creeps me.....

I broke in today in such a situation where i encountered this nasty phobia....And the discomposure i experienced propelled me to dash off this post .....
